It’s located in south riverview across from sumner high school
There’s a non refundable $ app fee. Rent is $ deposit
No smoking, no drugs, no pets
Minimum stay is 3 months and you can extend after
Room is unfinished but can be furnished for an extra /month
Room is available now and ready for move in
Application process usually takes about business days
