Hi, we are looking to fill a room in our house. It's a bedroom house, with a big back yard. Located near light rail. Rent is $ per month and includes internet, water, electricity. It's month to month lease and looking for long term if it works out. The room can be furnished for an additional $ per month.

A little bit about us; we are all in our mid thirties. We don't work jobs and all work throughout the week. Some of us have been living together as long as years. We all have different hobbies such as, hiking, biking, camping, sports , and more. There is a garden, you grow tomatoes or vegs there and are welcome to use it
