Seeking private living area

Description

I’m looking for a private living area for me and my 6 year old Labrador. Preferably an area with a private entrance so I can come and go as I please without feeling like I’m intruding on my house mates life, but I’m open to sharing an entrance if the landlord understands that I work swing shift and get home late. I am a working professional with a good job. I’ve been with the same company for years and recently completed my MBA. I am a big camping/overlanding/off-roading enthusiast so I am not around much on my days off during the summer and fall. I’m a very quiet and private person. I do occasionally like to socialize but I generally prefer to do that at other peoples houses.
