This apartment has been cozy for the past few months. The lease ends in May . Just need someone to take the apartment because I am moving out of state at the end of December. You would just need to pay Jan-April as May is already covered. All utilities are covered under rent and trash is already paid for. The only outside utility is wifi if you want it. Apartment is right down town across from and the PRT is easily accessible. Plenty of natural lighting for plants and great windowsills for cats to sunbathe.
