Quiet responsible roommate

Description

I have a 1 bedroom unfurnished with walk-in closet/semi private bathroom in the hall. I rarely have guests so the bathroom will rarely be used. I’m Looking for someone who’s clean quiet and responsible.

I do have a Washer/Dryer you can use but must have your own supplies. It is located in the hallway in front of the guest bath. (Lint trap in the Dryer must be emptied after each use. The Washer door needs to be left open after each use to keep from molding)


You are free to use the kitchen and fridge as long as it is clean after each use. I can free space in one of the cabinets for your personal dish-ware as well as a drawer for your utensils. I will also set a personal spot for your food in the fridge and freezer.


Please no guests/Pets allowed


I have (3) cats and a box turtle completely harmless. They roam about the common area and stay with me in my room at bedtime.
