SEEKING QUIET/PRIVATE/AFFORDABLE :)

looking for a place close to Satsuma/Palatka if possible (but not mandatory) where i can have my cat and peace of mind! Hopefully a place w/ off street parking, my own bathroom and a shared kitchen/washer/dryer. A pool would be a bonus! lol a very easy going/down to earth person (currently retired but use to wear many hats) and am still a licensed hairdresser. Everyone seems to be struggling but I'm hopeful to find my new cozy place to start the next chapter of my life...
