Looking for roomates

Hi there! My name is Nate, I am a year old hairstylist moving to the Bay Area from Phoenix & looking for either roomates, rooms for rent, or just general renting opportunities in San Francisco, Oakland
, or neighboring areas. My price range is nothing higher than $ but given the difference in rent/pay in California I am willing to negotiate more once I become more established out there & grow my new clientele in the bay area!

A little more about me: besides what I do for work obviously I am a creative at heart & would love to live with other like-minded individuals. I have been dabbling in the music industry as well as it’s something I’ve really been into outside of my main career! I also am big on fitness & would love to meet more gym buddies out there!

Dog friendly is also a MUST as I’m bringing a long two small animals, they’re well behaved, one is years old & the other is a 3 month old puppy right now, both are registered ESAs & in compliance with California state laws to do so!
