I am looking to sublease or to find someone to take over my lease in the spring and summer semester. It is a bathroom house located at th Pl (about minutes’ walk to campus). The house is fully furnished. Amenities include a pool, a large backyard, spacious living and kitchen, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and on- laundry. Free parking is also available. It is located in a secluded area while still being close to campus. I'd be willing to sell my bed and dresser at a discount.
