Hi everyone, I'm looking for a great fit for roommate or roommates in Arvada.

***Important***
I'm currently hoping to find one person who wants both rooms at a discount (Fifteen hundred), the smaller room would be great as a home office or art studio. Or hundred fifty + hundred fifty) who already know eachother, since these two ground level rooms are next to eachother. My space is upstairs.

I'm social but primarily private and quiet, not a loud partier with frequent guests, looking for someone similar. My living space is upstairs and I have a separate entrance. I have two dogs (German Shepherd and Alaskan Klee Kai). They are both incredibly gentle and friendly with people and animals. They have their own gated area in the sunroom and won't be in your space unless you let them in.

New Carpet. New paint. Updated bedroom and bathroom lighting. The small corner shower has been upgraded to full sized shower/tub. New kitchen counters and appliances. Tankless/endless water heater. Water purifier/softener system
