. University Park in Boca Raton is minutes away from FAU and PBSC. It offers a shuttle service for residents who need it (also can go to Lynn University) , a pool, fitness center, study lounges, weekly activities, and washing, drying, and dish washing machines. There are a good amount of restaurants and businesses within walking and driving distance. Most residents have 3 roommates and their own rooms and bathrooms. Your roommates will likely also go to FAU or PBSC and be around the same age as you! Leases at University Park last a year. I indicated the lease will be months because it is preferred that you stay until May or July. If you need to leave before then, that is fine. You just have to make sure you are fine with going the process of finding someone to take over the lease. If you would like to renew the lease, you can when you want to or when you are contacted by University Park to do so. You do not have to move in on December th. That is just the first day that my room is ready for you to move into. You can move in during January. I prefer a female freshman. However, the new tenet can be a female who has not graduated college yet. The apartment is pet friendly, but one of the roommates prefers if there are no pets.
