We are a male gay couple in our early s, working in the decorating and food industries. We’ve been together for years and value a peaceful, respectful, and clean living environment. We enjoy traveling, camping, and maintaining a mellow yet fun lifestyle.

We’re seeking a responsible, clean roommate who values privacy and shares our respect for a harmonious home. Our dogs are very important to us, so we need someone who genuinely loves animals. While the house is generally tranquil, there may be occasional noise from the dogs.

The room is , furnished, with a private kitchenette, personal restroom, and a cozy outdoor patio. Laundry is nearby, and parking is always available.

We’re ideally looking for a long-term renter but are open to other options. Rent is $/month (including utilities) with a month-to-month lease. We prefer someone without additional pets and do not allow couples.
