Looking to Sublease my room at The Square from Sept .
My room is Bedroom #3 and my bathroom is the one in the hallway. I am taking my classes online for the semester and I do not need my room on campus. Great building located right above the panda express on campus. Includes resident gym, lounge on penthouse floor and access to rooftop lounge. I have two female roommates both VCU students one has a cat. They’re very pleasant and typically keep to themselves. Would prefer someone that is neat and gets along well with others. The apartment doesn’t allow smoking anywhere on . There are limited spots for resident parking but the VCU broad st parking deck is right next to my building and it’s cheaper.
