Roommate needed for August th

Hi!

I am looking for an individual to fill a bedroom in my bathroom newly renovated townhome!

A bit about the space... it is located in the La Mesa area, it is a townhome style layout with 2 balconies and an additional sunroom, there is driveway parking (5 cars fit), & in home washer and dryer units.

My roommates and I have lived here for a year, we really love it so we want to stay, we have one individual moving due to some employment changes so we are looking to fill the room by soonest August th (if you’d want to move in sooner that can be arranged as well) the restroom is shared with one other individual (a girl), and the room is $ per month - that includes water, the only other bills monthly are Wi-Fi ($ per month) and electricity (typically around $ per month).
