Master Bedroom+Livingroom for rent!

Greetings everyone!
I'm looking for a roommate to occupy the master-bedroom (basement level) in my condo. Whoever gets the master bedroom will also be getting the bonus room, however the bonus room is still technically a common area because the washer and dryer is down there and we will need to access it, (but you can put whatever you want there, you'll have your own living room) I plan to rent this room out for $+Utilities ($$ including wifi) because you get your own bathroom, private room and a big space. It is also very close to the UNR campus, about a minute bike ride, and minute walk.. You will have two roommates living upstairs, separated by the living room floor. Parking is also very nice and easily accessible (curb parking). This lease is a yearly lease that will start this month!
There will be three roommates total...
Basic Roommate Requirements:
-You must be a male.
-Clean after yourself.
-Under the age of .
-Have common sense.
-No smoking anywhere inside (including vaping). We have a fenced porch in the backyard and a front porch as well if you want to smoke/vape outside.
-No weed or hard drugs.
-No pets.
There will be house rules in regards to having overnight guests or large groups of people, hours for the washer and dryer/Downstairs access, and quiet hours, with the intention of being considerate to fellow roommates. I am a reasonable person so don't be afraid to ask if you need anything like putting something in a common area.
Me and the other roommate are students at UNR, I am and he is . I major in Psychology and plan to be a Police Officer and he is a major in mechanical engineering. We are both fairly introverted. I like gaming, rock-climbing, and I work at Starbucks. I am also a devout Christian and take my faith very seriously and I serve the church.
