Looking for private room / bathroom

Quiet, clean, courteous, mature, professional.
I have a home up in Tampa, but I work in Fort Myers M - F and some Saturdays.
I am usually out of town most weekends.
I work at an Automotive Dealership as a Diesel Technician.
I am usually up by 6am, and settling in for bed by 9pm.
I am a non-smoker. Occasional social drinker. I don't burden myself with drama.
I go to work, the gym, cook, clean, sleep. rinse and repeat.
I can afford to live alone, however it is just just more cost effective to have someone to split the bills with down here, etc.
