I'm looking to rent a room

Hello👋🏻 I’m looking to rent a room/living space. ( hundred monthly plus utility share) I work construction / home improvements for a private company on weekdays. I’m a thirty year old white heterosexual male. I can fix almost anything, tech savvy. quite and keep to myself mostly but I’m also easy to get along with and friendly. Clean, respectful, and I honor boundaries. I always pay my way/bills and can hold my own. respectful of others, clean up after myself and don’t mind helping out around the house. I don’t drink or do drugs. I like my peace, shopping on weekends, I cook on occasion, watch movies, relax after work, and go places on days off. I’m not loud and outrageous. I do smoke cigarettes but will always take it outside and be respectful of others. I’m honest, friendly, trustworthy, and respectful and expect the same. I have references if needed. I don’t have any pets, No kids, no drama. I’m Looking for Rental in the Mercer County area. If the rental owner/roommates are open to it , I have a girlfriend that may visit occasionally and possibly live with me later on into my stay if allowed. If not that’s okay too. I’d like to move in by June 1st or July 1st . I have my own bed, dresser, end table ect. I don’t own a ton of stuff tho. With all due respect I’m not looking for a gay relationship or hookup.
