Quiet, nice guy looking for a room.

I am years old and am a very quiet person who is much to himself. I'm looking for a room in the Oldsmar/Tampa/East Lake area.
I do not drink and have never smoked. I'm not a party person by any means whatsoever. I don't have too many friends but I am one of the friendliest and most respectful people you'll ever meet. You can say I'm an old-fashioned soul. You'll hear me respectfully call people by the terms "sir" or "ma'am". I'm just a little shy at first when meeting people and it takes a little bit for me to warm up to them and feel comfortable around them.
I'd also actually be the perfect roommate too. Most, (if not all) of my free time I'll be spending out and about with my boys. Honestly, I just really need a roof over my head and a place to sleep and shower.
