Kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove/oven, a full and half size fridge, dining nook, toaster oven, kettle, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and dishes. There is ample food storage areas. Living room has a large L couch (this might go) and table. Coinless W/D downstairs near back PIN code door. — Room 1 is roughly I3Osqft with built in storage shelves/drawers and walk in closet. One window facing west. Sleek wood floors. (Green)— Room 2 is roughly 2OOsqft with large two door sliding closet. Two identical windows facing east and west. Treated concrete floor. (Salmon)Me: early 3O’s professional female chef from LA. I play video games and like karaoke, going to live shows (punk/metal festivals, raves, concerts, comedy) and travel. I don’t drink but I still enjoy the party. I’m pretty keep to myself but I have the ability to talk about nothing and anything for days when allowed. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly drug-free home. Unfortunately no smoking indoors (nicotine vape ok). No pets, last housemates had a huge golden retriever that was out of control and landlord is not comfortable with potential damage. Might be able to convince for a small well behaved cat. House rules are generally just clean up after yourself, pay rent on time, and be respectful of other housemates. No quiet time set but this can be discussed later. Landlord does not do extensive background check but requests equivalent first, last & deposit (utilities are included) upon move in but will be returned end of stay. Half deposit will be kept if you don’t clean up after yourself.

We are moving into this sweet townhouse, and are looking for housemates for each of the two suites on the top floor.The top floor suites both have large windows, tons of natural light, walk in closets, and large private bathrooms. Hi! My husband and I just bought a house in Taylor in a nice neighborhood. We are very easy going people and very clean. It’s a 4 bd room house with two full bath. Our fourth room is what’s available. Currently, we are redoing all the floors from carpet to a lighter wood looking lvp so I’m sorry I only have pictures of the undone house- how it looked when we bought it. And also giving almost everything a fresh coat of paint amongst some other small things before we move in. So move in date will not be until January , I just want to get this post up early.
