We have a lovely single/small double room in our family home available to rent from end of August beginning of September. The room is downstairs. ( I currently do not have any photos of the room as we have a Ukrainian guest in the room ) itis painted white with wooden floorboards. There is a feature fireplace similar to the one in the lounge.. the room has a single bed( we may be able to provide a small double, but obviously this will reduce the size of the room) there is a slim wardrobe and Chest Of Drawers. There is also a desk. We can provide a small fridge./ kettle also. We have two dogs they are well behaved however they do bark when somebody knocks at the door.- the room with suit somebody who is happy to live with Dogs and is not afraid. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with myself and my husband we are very young at hearts and are very chilled and relaxed. We are happy for you to play your music and we do not mind you coming home late at night. We both work but usually we are home in the evening with the dogs.Room is for a female . The road we live on has bus stops outside& the station is also close by as are shops and cafés and pubs and parks. Parking can be available on the drive, but this would be an extra ten£ a month as I would need to buy a permit to park on the road. There are roads close by that you do not need a permit for which you can also use. We have a washing machine and dishwasher , coffee machine . The garden is currently waiting to be sorted with new turf, but you still have access to the patio and the seating area .
