Hi this is Ms Collins I am Looking to Move (April Fourth) I am single divorced woman I work full-time as a Work at Home Customer Service Representative of 9 years. I have several degrees work have my own transportation. I am very neat and clean and I like things in order. I work around the clock and I am very quiet and an introvert and drama free.I have one son who is grown who lives on his own. I am looking for a Room to Rent or Entire Place to Rent either an Apartment, Town Home, Studio Apartment or a House. I'm open to all options available. The move in dates that I can move in is Fourth of April if I find a rental of my liking I will put down deposit to hold and will be ready to move in asap and I'm available to view rentals anytime . I have gotten my corona vaccinations including most updated booster shot as well. Internet is very important to me do to my job. I also have my own personal Internet which I can just plug in to electric outlet as long as in the area of where rentals are located have T-Mobile Towers that are near by the home or apartment location rental . If towers are not available than please have internet available. I need a hard wire connection and I can not have a satellite internet or just Wifi connection do to my jobs requirements to work for there company only high speed internet for example such as Cox or Comcast etc. you must be capable of getting or having hard wire connection or I will pay extra to have router put in if needed from a provider in local area . For viewing Home or Apartment I can view them by coming directly to rental or if you want to do Virtual viewing by using your phone to show me rental as well we can do Face-time on I Phone or Whats App as well I have all options available. I'm open to view whichever way is best for you ***.*NO LEASE TAKEOVERS PLEASE!
