I'm a mature, responsible, respectable woman seeking a room rental. I love people and animals. I was married for years and we had 4 sons, all are grown. Although I've had some challenges during Covid (as everyone did), I also lost a son and my Dad just prior to the pandemic. I'm sharing these intimate details not for pity or special preference. I think it's important for my potential landlord to be informed on my circumstances, which I can give more clarity and details should you consider me as your potential tenant. I'm currently receiving SSDI as a result of my disability. However, I'm basically a healthy woman who enjoyed strength conditioning. Now that I'm recovered from several spine surgeries, I'm looking forward to resuming my workout regimen asap.
