my lease is at Auden upstate its student housing but you do not have to be a student to be here. Ive seen couples with kids live here!! So Auden has units of 5, 4 & 2 bedroom apartments. I have the 2 bedroom unit where there is a roommate living in the other room. They do have roommate matching if you was interested in a transfer. You have your own bedroom and bathroom just shared kitchenliving room. The place comes completely furnished from the bed, kitchen table and furniture. If You wanted to take over my lease and live in my unit its $769 base rent the water bill is already included so no extra fees on water. The electricity bill is separate and it varies to how much the electricity is used so its split between you and the other person. Its roughly $40-$70 a month. Valet Trash and pest control monthly is $15. if you wanted a different unit or a different roommate the transfer fee is $300. But I paid Novembers rent so if you moved in this month all you have to pay is Decembers rent this month so the next time you pay rent is in January. And a $100 lease take over fee. You would still have to apply to Auden but I would let them know that its a lease take over. But over all you dont pay a deposit so thats a plus. The place has a study lounge, a pool, a gaming area, mail room/ Amazon package box area, a fitness center and etc.
