Room available for $950 per month in downtown Arlington. The home was remodeled in 2022. 1 person per room. The room is 10’ x 11 ’. The room can be furnished with a queensize bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a chest of drawers, and a Dish Satellite hookup if youd like. The renter will share a bathroom across the hall with a female renter. All utilities included (gas, electricity, water, internet, satellitecabletv apps, alarm system, yard maintenance, etc.). Shared large open kitchen, dining room, and living room. The house has newer appliances, including a washer & dryer. Covered patio with outdoor furniture and grill. Offstreet parking with 1 spot for each renter. Plenty of onstreet parking is also available. On the bus line, too. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer. NO PETS. First months rent, Last Months Rent, and a security deposit (refundable). I may be able to spread out the last months rent and security deposit depending on the circumstance. I prefer a 12-month lease, but I will also consider a 6-month lease. Me: Longtime community member. Male, mid-50s, professional. Easygoing. Roommate #1: Female, mid-40s, professional who works two government jobs. Respectful, clean, considerate, and pretty much awesome. You: Be respectful. Trustworthy. Clean. Dramafree.
