Hi! Im Kelly, Im 35 and currently live in Eastside Costa Mesa. I work fulltime in sales for a company Ive been with for several years, have a stable income, and am looking for a lovely new place to call home! Im currently living in a twobedroom condo and looking to downsize since itll just be me moving. Ideally, Id love to find a studio, onebedroom, guesthouse, or private ADU in Newport Beach or Costa Mesa, although Im also open to Corona del Mar, Irvine, and Tustin. I have no preference between furnished or unfurnished, so either works perfectly for me! Im hoping to move by the end of November, but my dates are very flexible, so I can move sooner or later for the right place. Im responsible, respectful, clean, and take pride in keeping my home well maintained. Im happy to provide proof of income and references if needed.
