Im looking for a private room in Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Simi Valley, or Moorpark, ideally moving around November 15th. My budget is $900–$1,000 per month, preferably including utilities. Id love a private bathroom but am comfortable sharing with one other person. Im hoping to find a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home with respectful roommates. Parking, kitchen access, and laundry are important to me. I also have my own bedroom furniture, so an unfurnished room is perfectly fine!
