My name is Maximiliano, I am a 29 years old and work as a Personal TrainerCoach I and live with my 23 year old girlfriend Adina who works and goes to school both full time, we have a cat named Rylo and are both competitive weightlifters. We are hoping to rent to someone who is easy going, clean, quiet, considerate, and respectful of lifestyles. The room available is fully furnished so there is no need to bring your own furniture, the minimum lease duration is for 3 months and can be extended further. Along with the room being furnished the remainder of the house has furniture and appliances, which you are welcome to use so long as we can remain to have access to our own things and nothing brakesis damaged. Any furniture you may be interested in bringing must be able to fit within the room you will be staying at. As of now we all will share the same fridge, however the hope is to provide a personal for the tenant down the road as ours is small. Along with that you will have access to the guest bathroom (which will mostly be yours unless the second room we have is rented andor we have family visiting). Shared access to a WasherDryer. Your room will come with a lock and key, we ask that any copies you make are turned in by the end of your stay. Street Parking available on a first come first serve basis. Guests are welcomed but require our consent as to whenhow long they intend to stay. No smokingDrugs, No Partying No Overnights, Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. The asking price for the room is $675 + Utilities (Utilities include: wifiElectricWater) monthly along with a security deposit of $675, and a onetime application fee of $50 (nonrefundable). The security deposit is refundable barring the house/ our personal belongings are damaged and not replaced and all payments are made during the duration of the lease.
