UMD Off Campus Housing: Spring 2027

Paglalarawan

Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Terrapin Row in College Park from January through July 2027. It's a fully furnished 4 bed, 4 bath apartment with a private bedroom and bathroom, spacious living room, modern kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The building also has a gym, outdoor pool, volleyball court, study rooms, and plenty of outdoor hangout spaces. It's in a great location close to UMD, restaurants, and shops. I've attached some pictures of the apartment and amenities! Feel free to message me if you're interested or have any questions. I'm happy to provide more details or arrange a tour. Also, if you know anyone looking for housing next semester, I'd really appreciate you sharing this!
