Roommates needed for rent help

Hi, I'm Dan I am a responsible person who pays my rent and bills on time. I'm clean, quiet, and get along great with other people. I'm not offering a room but I am searching for a maximum of 3 people who would be good trustworthy roommates to move into and rent a house with me to split rent and utility costs. Monthly rent is $1,150 with a minimum of a year's stay and it's a 4 bedroom house with a shared bathroom. The man who owns the house requires background and credit checks and between me and whoever else moves in a washer, drier, fridge, stove, and a microwave would have to be supplied since those are not included in the house currently.
