Hey, I’m Wesley! I own a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Parrish and will have two rooms available starting in November. Four guys currently live here, but two are moving out of the city. The larger room is $850/month, and the slightly smaller room is $795/month. Both are unfurnished, and utilities, internet, and cable TV are included. The two rooms share the guest bathroom with Ryan, who rents one of the other bedrooms. I live in the primary bedroom. Ryan and I are both easygoing, friendly, respectful, and clean. I’d love to find roommates we can become friends with—people who feel comfortable hanging out and talking, while still having their own space and doing their own thing. My girlfriend also stays over a few nights a week. She’s amazing and really easy to get along with, so you’ll get to know her too. I have two friendly small-to-medium dogs with 24/7 access to the fenced backyard. This is definitely a home for someone who enjoys being around dogs!
