Postdoc researcher Seeking a Room

I am an incoming postdoctoral researcher at the University of Kentucky, Lexington. I am looking for an affordable private bedroom in a shared apartment within 1–2 km of the university. My budget is around $400–$800 per month. I would prefer a furnished room with access to a shared kitchen and, ideally, a private bathroom. I am clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of others. I am planning to move in around 15 December 2026 and am looking for accommodation for approximately 1-2 year.
