I am quiet, never had an eviction, and owned a condo and a townhouse in the past. I know what it is like to be a landlord and to rent and that having a "good" tenant is better than having "no tenant or the wrong tenant." All I am asking is you give me a chance as unfortunately I am going through some hard times but am optimistic things will turn around I just need a place for my pup and I so we can start over! $1000 is high, I can do it but am really looking for an in-law suite, a garage type or basement type apartment. I don't need alot to make it home!
