Hello, I'm Alvaro but everyone calls me Jay, I’m in my late 20s and looking for a private room in the South Bay area. I work full-time and attend college part-time, so I have a fairly structured schedule and stable income.
I’m quiet, respectful, and pretty independent. I clean up after myself and prefer shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom to be kept reasonably clean. I don’t smoke, use drugs, or party, and I’m looking for a similarly calm and respectful household.
In my free time I enjoy movies, music, hiking, and road trips. I occasionally come home later because of school, movies, or other activities, but I’m considerate about noise.
I’m looking for a comfortable living situation with respectful communication, reasonable privacy, and roommates who are responsible with shared spaces.
