Room Available in Alperton/ Wembley

Paglalarawan

Hey everyone! 🫶 My friend and I (both 23) are looking for a third person to join us in a gorgeous, brand-new 3-bed apartment in the Alperton / Wembley area. We’re hoping to put an offer in ASAP, so ideally looking for someone who would be ready to move in as soon as possible! ✨ About the apartment: * Brand-new, fully furnished apartment
* On- gym 🏋️♀️
* 3 very different bedrooms, including one with an ensuite and balcony
* Modern kitchen and living area with a balcony and an amazing view
* Great transport links
* Piccadilly line access at Alperton (2-minute walk), with Hanger Lane just one stop away for the Central line
* 20th floor with amazing views over London 🌆 Rent: Roughly £800–£1,200 pcm depending on the room size and features, as all three bedrooms are quite different. Bills are not included. We’re hoping to find someone friendly and sociable who’d enjoy a nice house share, whether that’s going out, going for coffees, heading to the gym or having chilled nights in. 💕 If you’re interested, send me a message with a little bit about yourself and your monthly budget, and I’ll send over pictures and more details of the apartment! Please share with anyone who might be looking 😊
