I'm a mature homeowner and business owner. My quiet 17 yr old son stays part-time. We have one cat and occasionally cat-sit. Looking for ONE clean, considerate, independent roommate who enjoys a peaceful, comfortable home. Shared spaces are yours to enjoy, but we're a relaxed, low-key household, usually quiet by 10:30 p.m. Occasional guests welcome. Tell me a little about yourself, your schedule and what you're looking for in a home. Thanks!
