Hi. I am a 59-year old professional. I have a room available. The room is in Mobile. The monthly rent is $225 and the room is available on October 7. Minimum stay 30 days, maximum 2 months. "Subject to change based on compatibility." The home is located near Moffet Rd and Lacoste Rd. Near Semmes Supercenter Walmart. This is a week to week tenancy with payment due each Sunday. Due to the nature of co-living and my family visitors, tenants will not be permitted to have visitors. Shared spaces in the house, living room, kitchen, bathroom, patio, laundry etc. Pretty much a chill environment with some Southern blues and gospel playing occasionally. The room is located on the second floor. You will need to bring your own bedding, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries.
