I have a room opening up in my house in Arlington and am looking for a good roommate to join the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to pretty much everything you’d need. Everyone has their own room, and we mostly do our own thing during the day, but it’s a friendly house and everyone is respectful of each other. The Area:
* Quiet neighborhood in a convenient part of Arlington
* Easy access to I-20 and Hwy 360
* Close to UTA, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Flags
* Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and coffee shops nearby
* Easy access to both Arlington and surrounding areas

* Everyone is pretty independent and keeps to themselves during the day
* We’re all respectful of shared spaces and each other
* Some of us are into fitness, sports, creative stuff, and just hanging out
* I’m living in the house too, so I’m looking for someone who would be a good fit with the rest of the house The Space:

* Kitchen with plenty of space for everyone
* Washer and dryer in the house

* Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share a bathroom
* Rooms are furnished/unfurnished depending on the room
