2 bed 1bath in Bloomington for rent

Paglalarawan

We just bought a house and would like to find someone to take over our lease that runs through March 31st. After that you have the option to sign a new lease. Apartment comes as is, but has been taken good care of. Rent is normally $1539 but I have discounted it. You pay electric and a flat fee for water, heat is included. Storage units are available for $10/month. Available no later than the end of November, possibly sooner. This is a 2 bed 1 bath first floor corner unit, so it has lots of windows looking out to the pond across the street.
