Hello I'm Ita. I'm an artist and cook located in Kissimmee! We are a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse in a beautiful gated community with pool and other amenities!
You would be receiving a room with a shared bathroom with one of the others living here! We are a very openly queer space with myself being enby and majority of the house being trans!
We are looking to replace the current couple in the room (which will be deep cleaned by myself and I'll even do it again with you!), there is a queen sized bed in there that you could keep, along with a chest and some side tables. Hoping for another couple so the rent would be split 550 between you two. WiFi is with rent and utilities with 6 of us only comes up to about 250-300 split evenly.
The only other expense would be groceries every 2 or so weeks we ask you pitch in between 50-100 each!
