Hi, my name is Daniel. I am a 43-year old retired professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Kansas City neat College and 51st Street. The monthly rent is $750 and the room is available immediately. The room is about 12x14, but doesn't have a closet. It connects directly to the kitchen and my bedroom (Our shared door will stay locked). The rent covers rent, utilities, and 8Gb internet. I have one other roommate here. He is also in his early 40's, and generally stays in his room. The one bathroom is a shared space. There is an unfinished basement that is directly off the kitchen. It has plenty of storage down there. It has a washer and dryer for use. A little about me. I am on disability, and I generally stay home. I work 1-2 days a week currently doing delivers, and generally I am up until Midnight to 2am, although that may change with my work schedule. I am a gamer, I play PC games, and table top games. Nerds are always welcome! I am also an avid car enthusiast. I have one cat, and no other pets are allowed. No smoking of any kind, no drugs, light/social drinking is ok, and no children. Rent is due by the 5th of the month.
