Roomate to share entire 2BR/1BA apt

Hi, my name is Fernando. I am a 63-year old consultant who works from home 90% of the time. I am a widow and recently lost my mother to cancer after caring for her for over 10 years. She died in the hospital and NOT in the apartment. I am looking for a responsible, mature, quiet, kind, clean person to share the entire apartment with. No pets are allowed. This will be a subletting situation with a minimum term of 6 months. You can bring your own bedroom furniture including bed, nightstands, dresser, etc. Alternatively, I have a queen bed frame that you are welcome to use. The room is small (10ft. X 9ft. X 8ft. high) with a small closet (5ft. X 2ft. X 8ft.). The apartment is in Elizabeth near the car wash and Elmora circle. The monthly rent is $750 plus another 750 security deposit. The apartment will be available after the 1st week of October. I will post pictures this coming weekend as I have to clear out mom's room. We will share the gas and electric utility expenses equally. I have T-Mobile home internet with Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, etc. and you will have full access to that at no charge. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a 4-family building. I have a washer/dryer in the basement and a full home gym in the attic with a steam sauna inside the apartment. You will have access and full use of everything.
