i live in the basement unit of a large house. it’s divided into 3 units all with separate entrances (units don’t connect). we have a shared backyard. my unit is a 2 bedroom with south facing windows and a lot of storage! in unit washer / dryer. the room that would be yours is carpeted with a walk in closet. your half rent would be $775 + $50 utilities (flat rate) + $20 wifi- $845 in total. room could be available as soon as october 1st the place is about half a mile from the broadway/125 light rail station i am queer, neurodiverse, and disabled. i do cleaning on a routine basis and like to keep things tidy but still lived in. i have a one eyed siamese mix named Gouda who is sweet and goofy. i work part time and am home fairly often- down to hang and also down to do our own thing! i do like to host game nights sometimes, and you’d be welcome to join and invite others!
