Looking for A Roommate

Due to a failed relationship looking for a Roommate to take over their half of rent and utilities. Little overview I am a 34 year old male that works M-F and every other Saturday, I work from home M-W and every other Saturday. I have a dog he is a 2 year old Pit mix and is the sweetest guy youll ever meet he does shed so there is a potential for dog hair, I am a clean individual and spend alot of time at home. I like to cook. The room in question would be the Master bedroom with its own private Bathroom and walk in closet there is also 2 living areas and you would have full access to both and kitchen and porch, there is plenty of parking and have some really great neighbors that will treat you like family. Looking for a clean respectful individual my lease runs until April of 2028. I will say utilities in the summer mainly electric has been rather pricey around 350 a month, water sits around 40 to 50, I have Star link internet which runs about 160 but is very fast speeds for all needs.
