Looking for female roomate

Hello, looking for a room. a 33y/o female with a job in Bio Tech. I have a 10y/o daughter that stays with me every other week. She is super sweet & shy, also very smart & respectful. Were very big on good energy & cleanliness. We like to watch movies & play video games (both sort of gamers lol). Both of us love animals so definitely need to be able to have 1. My routine is usually bed early unless i have a weekend off from mom duties! But again, ill respect whatever my roommate may have going on. I do have a boyfriend as well. I like to have him over 3 times every other week (hasn’t formerly met my daughter yet lol). a pretty simple laid back person. Not too many things bother me but i also dont like people taking advantage. My biggest thing is if we click as people because everyone has different points of views.
