Room available in wash park

Hey everyone, I’m currently looking to fill 2 rooms in my house a block from wash park and a few minutes away from the DU campus! There’s currently 2 people in the house, myself and my roommate Erin. The rent before utilities is 1,000 for the first room and 1,200 for the others. Utilities are pretty cheap as well, usually under $100 a month. Both rooms are available now! Both Erin and I are very respectful of common spaces and are out during the week. She’s a social worker in Lakewood and I’m currently getting my masters in social work at DU. We’re hoping to find roommates we can hang out with and get to know as it’s always been a very social house whenever everyone’s schedules line up! I also have a 6 year old golden retriever named Willow. She’s very sweet and well trained, definitely won’t get into anything or chew things up.
