Close to beach, Del Mar racetrack, restaurants and pubs, live music venues such as Belly Up Tavern, The Sound, easy freeway access, etc. Nice vibrant coastal community to live in. Vaulted ceiling and large closet in master bedroom. Shared living space but I’ll stay on upper level loft section above so there's privacy. Open spacious floor plan and layout with vaulted ceilings and extra loft room. Large square footage total, fully furnished but am flexible if have some of your own furniture. Pool, spa/hot tub, fitness center, laundry facility, parking space an available or plenty of street parking options, etc. Looking for professional that is honest, responsible, easy going, respectful and clean.
