Seeking Peace and Quite

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent and wanted to be upfront about my situation so we can both see if it's a good fit. I'm recovering from a broken ankle and am on medical leave. I'm looking for a quiet, peaceful place to finish healing. I have steady income and can pay rent and a deposit right away. I have two dogs. Bachy is a 13-year-old Yorkie, small and quiet. Zeus is a pit mix puppy who is still a small puppy. I've trained him since he was very young starting in my wheelchair before I could walk again. He is calm, doesn't bark, and is good with other dogs and people. Both are crate trained and will be crated whenever I'm out. Also happy to keep them both in my room even when I am home. I'm happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand. I'm quiet, clean, and respectful of shared space. I'd bring only the essentials and am hoping to move soon. I'm open to a short-term or month-to-month arrangement as I would like to be closer to my physical training center during my full strength recovery process. If this could work, I'd appreciate hearing from you. If not, I understand.
