Room for Rent in Windham

Hi! 🙂 My name is Kathryn. I am a 20-year old living with my 21-year old boyfriend Marcelo and our two cats, and we are looking for a roommate in our 2 bed 2 bath North Windham apartment. The monthly rent is $800 and the room with private bathroom (pictured) will be available October 1. The apartment is clean and cozy and we are generally calm and quiet people. Actual rent is $760 but we split electric and gas. Everything else is covered by landlord. We’d love someone around our age who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, pays rent on time, and is generally chill.
