Room for Rent in South Chandler

ROOM WILL NOT BE FURNISHED. Private unfurnished room available in a clean, quiet house in south Chandler. Currently a private bathroom but could change if I decide to rent another room out. Full access to living space, kitchen, backyard and so forth. I have a social female cat. Could be open to pets if they get along with my cat. NO COUPLES. Occasional guest are ok just please let me know they are coming. I am going to do a credit check. The utilities will be split 50/50. There is plenty of parking. Strictly no smoking household.
ABOUT ME: I am a 23 yr old male Aircraft mechanic working in Chandler. I just started riding "trials" motor bikes. I enjoy watching movies but not TV series. I have eclectic music taste and am always looking to expand. I love Karaoke and family. I am an early to bed and early to rise type. I love all food but don't cook much. Interested in reviving a car in the near future. I work 7-3:30 shift weekday I am a social most of the time type of person. I am always open to playing a board game or video game.
