Attic or garage works too

Looking for 1/1 or private room, RV, Trailer a spot in an attic or garage will work too! My work schedule is 5pm - 3 am. Sleep during morning hours. I DO have a Fur Baby chiweenie he is 5 years old, outside trained or inside the mat trained. He can be a bit vocal but for the most part a chill guy. I'm originally from San Antonio moved here and was able to obtain a full time position that I love and trying extremely hard to find a spot here as the commute daily is wearing me down. Financially & physically. I love to cook, and have a lot of knowledge on lawn care and home remodeling so if that is something we can factor into compensation as well as $$ I am willing to do the work. No evictions, no criminal background, I have federal clearance at work. I just can't find an affordable safe clean spot. All apartment searches even with locators return with freshly painted, roach infested, high crime areas that scare me to commit a whole year.
