Looking for a single female roomate

I am a single 23 year old woman, I am looking for another single female to rent out my 2nd bedroom as soon as possible. I do have a small dog named Benji. The living room is furnished already you’ll only need to furnish your bedroom. I am more than willing to move anything around or take down any decorations to make you feel more comfortable. I do work full time as a hairstylist so I am gone for around 9 hours a day. I am seeking a roomate but they will have to go through the property management to be excepted. I am truly looking for someone clean, respectful, kind and someone that can help me turn this house into a home. Rent is $600 and we split utilities and down payment is 600. The apartment is also a 5 minute drive to historic downtown.
